Materials - Exclusive materials are used with each Blast Zone bounce house and water park. These materials are not only extraordinarily durable, but also lightweight. Blast Zone bouncers and water parks are designed with continuous airflow, which allows air to flow from the blower (included) into the unit and out through the material's pores and seams. An inner air membrane is built into each Blast Zone bouncer and water park, helping to keep its structure and provide additional strength.
Oxford cloth is the primary material used in our residential bouncers. It has an exclusive weaving technique making the material extremely durable and difficult to rip. One of the key factors in making our bouncers the toughest available, is this special material. The stress areas of Blast Zone units use commercial grade materials giving extra spring and durability. Blast Zone units are also enclosed with durable safety netting.
Workmanship - All Blast Zone inflatables have commercial grade stitching; meaning all units use double and quadruple grade stitching. Because of this workmanship, Blast Zone units are ultra sturdy; however the over-stitching is the key to their strength. To provide even more support, Blast Zone stitches stress areas with additional material OVER THE EXISTING STITCHES. Because the Blast Zone bounce houses and water parks are individually sewn, the stitching is extremely important.

Quality Control - Every Blast Zone inflatable is thoroughly tested before it leaves the factory. Blast Zone’s full-time quality control personnel inspect every item; including all materials and stitching before the manufacturing process begins and before each inflatable leaves the factory. During the packing process, Blast Zone also uses quadruple-walled packaging ensuring your all pieces arrive in excellent condition!
