When will I receive my order?
Each product description page has a UPS Ground transit map. Please check this map for transit times on your product. Delivery calculations should be adjusted accordingly when factoring in holidays and weekends.
When will my order ship?
Your order should ship same day if placed Monday – Friday before 4pm EST. Orders will not be shipped on holidays.
What is included with my purchase?
Your purchase will include the inflatable unit, repair kit, stakes, instructions and blower fan.
The inflatable I want to purchase is backordered, when will it be in stock?
Our sites are regularly updated based on the most current information provided by the manufacturer. All dates are approximate as these products ship via freightliner from China. At times, the products can arrive earlier than expected.
What is your most popular inflatable?We try and remain neutral and impartial with this question, however we are asked so often so here is a short list in order of popularity including both categories:
Water Slide: 1) Misty Kingdom; 2) Rainforest Rapids; and 3) Crocodile Isle.
Bounce House: 1) SuperStar Party Moonwalk; 2) Magic Castle Bounce House; and 3) Little Bopper.
How many kids can go in the Residential inflatables versus the Commercial inflatables?
Please refer to the CAPACITY specifications for each unit in the individual product descriptions. While Commercial inflatables typically accomodate more kids, each unit is different and should be operated per the manufacturer's recommendations.
What kind of power do I need?
Bouncers and water parks require consistent flow of power for operating and use 110v power. You will need a generator if you need to use the inflatable in an area that does not have readily available power.
Can adults use residential inflatables?Even though adults can fit in a residential bouncer or water park, adults over 100lbs are not recommended. This precaution is necessary for the longevity of the inflatables and for the safety of the children. Read the sign – no adults allowed!
Can I repair my inflatable?It is rare that you will need to repair your inflatable, but yes it can be done. We recommend sewing the tear or hole using strong thread and the repair kit that is included.
Can inflatables be used on driveways, streets, etc?Please respect children’s safety. ALWAYS use inflatables on soft, clean and debris-free surfaces, such as lawns. No, inflatables cannot be used on driveways, streets, etc.
Can I use my inflatable indoors?As long as anchoring points are properly weighed down to prevent the bouncer from flipping over, yes they can be used indoors. Also, make sure you have necessary clearances and take into consideration that there is a 4’ inflation tube in the rear of each inflatable.
Why does air come out of the seams and material?The blower included with your unit pumps air into the bouncer or water park the entire time it is being used. This allows it to work off continuous airflow, which is needed for operation.
Can I rent residential inflatables to others?
No, it is not recommended. By doing so, it will automatically void the manufacturer’s warranty. Residential bouncers and water parks are not intended for commercial use and will not sustain the wear and tear cause by excessive use.
